CEO & Founder

Embarking on a journey fueled by her belief in extraordinary possibilities, Sonia's path led her from Mexico to becoming a remote property management specialist in the USA. It was in the collections department where she truly shone, embracing challenges with resilience and determination.

Sonia's remarkable compassion and problem-solving skills transformed her into an advocate for both landlords and tenants. Going above and beyond, she tirelessly sought solutions to help tenants catch up on overdue payments, while ensuring landlords received their rightful rent. Empowered by her expertise in housing assistance programs, accurate ledger management, and accounts receivables, she took a leap of faith and established her own company.

Building on the invaluable experience gained in property management, Sonia merged her expertise with a deep understanding of the human aspect. Her company became a haven, where tenants felt valued, landlords experienced smooth rent collections, and harmonious relationships blossomed.
